Hair Depot

Don’t do exchanges even when the product hasn’t been used with receipt. The worker accused me for using hair dye (adore) i brought yesterday that i took back to change the color today. I made sure not to touch it and kept the receipt. The lady opened the bottle and took the foam seal off right in front of me and saying it’s been used & i got to speak to their manager.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 minutes in this establishment. I walked in, went down one aisle looking for the product I needed, and had no luck in locating it. I must've looked like I needed help because one of the store owners spotted me confused and immediately came to my aid. Redirected me up front and told the counter young lady what I needed, so I'd be led right to it. The price is affordable and not ridiculous either. She rang me up, and I was out of there before my meter time expired. Pleasant, welcoming environment and staff. Seemed to be a family establishment, which made me feel at ease with their assistance. Knowledgeable of products, the store was presentable, clean, and hosted a large variety of hair care products and such.

Got everything I needed on the one roof and staff are friendly and very helpful with finding things.

Good store. Great selection. Plus there is a braiding spot in the back which I plan on visiting. The only issue is the ladies...Yea your helpful, but don't follow me around the store. I'm not a thief. As you touch something they're right next to you! As I walked into the store and went down the aisle they were on my heel backs! I spent like $50 and would've spent more if they would back up. I felt like they were rushing me out of the store.

They have pretty normal prices. It's not target or cvs with a coupon prices. But it's cheaper than many other stores dedicated to hair. Also, they have a really good selection. Not dedicated to one ethnicity but many. I love it. I'd recommend it and buy from there again
