I have been getting my hair done by Zalia for over 9 years now. She is truly amazing. She is so patient, sweet, kind, creative, and one of the most humblest people I know. I have recommended her so many times. I have family that come here to get their hair done as well and they also love coming here. I truly appreciate her for all of the work she's done. I never leave bad reviews because I'm always cautious of small businesses and I don't want to see my fellow women fail but I had a horrendous experience that I have to say something. I have spent almost 600 dollars for two different braiding hairstyles with her in the last Month. The first one was meant to be a pick and drop style with human hair leave out only 3 strands per braid s. I sent her a video of what I wanted she assured me she does this style all the time and can do it at 270. what I left with was boho knotless braids (using synthetic hair and all 4 packets if my human hair which cost 250 dollars in my head)braided all the way down with over 10 human hair strands each it was heavy got knotted the next day , after less than a week I called her and said I want to take it off it's
