Back in 2018 I was new to the area and stopped here while I was passing by to ask about making an appointment. The older lady was so rude. She said that no one there could help me. My hair was currently a bright pink and purple. I was considering dying it back to medium brown. Nothing crazy. I was also going to get a cut (I had super long hair wanted most cut off). She said because they don't do "wild colors". Then she said my hair would need multiple treatments to go brown. I did it myself in an hour. I also cut it myself. Whole thing took an hour and half. Cost me $20. I was prepared to pay whatever it cost there. I've never forgotten how rude she was and how bad she made me feel. I honestly feel like she saw a 24yo who she assumed was too broke to get their hair done. She went as far as

She did such a great job! I usually don't go to the same place twice but I will definitely be going back! She was super thoughtful and gave me her thoughts on the cut I picked and how it would go with my hair type and how I could manage it. Honestly I've never been to a place where they are so considerate and honest and actually care about the results AND the person who's getting their hair cut!

Vanessa is awesome there. She was super friendly and very thorough with my haircut and brow wax. I will definitely be coming back
