Friendly, bright, clean. Amanda does a wonderful job with my hair. Jolie, the owner, is friendly and welcoming.
I don't get my hair removed with lasers, but Amanda B has been cutting my hair at Hair Etc for years. She is an expert, always entertaining and kind. This company takes great care protecting us during the pandemic. Really attractive building inside and out and super convenient in downtown Ithaca, NY.
I am mixed race. I scheduled a laser hair removal treatment and was turned away at the door bc I was not white. Apparently their lasers only work on white people and would burn my skin bc there is some pigment and I'm pretty pale(what about actual black and brown people? 😕). Would have been nice to know prior to wasting my time. Also laser hair removal is not new technology get a machine that doesn't discriminate against 65% of your potential clientele. 😤
The staff is very nice and friendly and I am always happy with the results of my hair and brows. Plus, I never have to wait! I am always in and out quick :)
Been going for a couple years. Everyone is so nice! The environment feels really comfortable too. ❤️
