Followed me and eyed me down my entire time I was trying to choose between 2 hair dyes. Both women kept asking me if I needed help a total of 4 times after I politely declined. After more fake playing with products in my vicinity and awkward silences I left and told them why. Treat your community better. Weirdos

I’ve been here 6 times in the last month and they have a great selection. But the way the tall dark skinned man follows me from aisle to aisle watching my every move, even when I’m at the register is off-putting. He makes it very obvious that he’s watching me. I’ve never walked in there with any bags nor have I ever stole from anyone and he always chooses to follow me when there are many other people in the store. I will not spend another dime in this place…if you are black, they want your money and treat you like trash at the same time

the only beauty supply you should shop on Broadway. The owner is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Every time I’ve shopped here I’ve not only found what I needed but also was treated with kindness and respect by all staff members, and they even assisted me with some hair problems I was having over a few separate visits. Best beauty supply hands down

the staff here is always super sweet and non judgmental; i typically don’t need help finding anything but when i do they’re quick and responsive
