Linda has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. I strongly recommend you try to get an appointment well ahead of when you need it done. Any hair salon that has been in business at the same location for 30 years must be doing something not only right, but extremely good at what they do. Jennifer has also been there over 20 years. The salon is kept very clean and respectful.

I went for my first time being new to the area. I explained what I had seen other ladies have and felt it would help me with hiding the greys around my face. Linda not only did what I asked but added her personal touch giving me a better look then I was imagining. She was busy taking care of 2 other clients and still did an amazing job. If you are looking for an amazing little salon, THIS IS THE PLACE! I have tried a few of the stylists here and THEY ALL DID A PERFECT job! I am very reserved about hair salons. Some get the color and highlights right and have a mediocre cut or visa versa. The Hair Factory has nailed both EVERY time I have gone. I get so many compliments on my hair since I have decided to try it almost a year ago. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. They really work with you to achieve the perfect style and color for you! THIS IS PALM BEACH COUNTY'S HIDDEN GEM OF A SALON! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!!!

Okay, so I had the same hair stylist for 17 years before he moved to Oregon and spent a year trying out other stylists, some I knew and the one my stylist recommended, to give me the same beautiful/natural highlights. I finally found a new hair home with Donna Mckee, who may have even done a better job than my original stylist. Donna took the time to analyze and explain what we needed to do to try and get me back on my way to natural looking highlights from the bleached out blonde look I got after a year of unhappy hair. The well water treatment I did before she highlighted really helped too; it was the only time I did one in the 18 years of living with well water. Pam also did a great blow-out for me recently and didn't pile products on my curly hair; it lasted a couple of days. Stacey ha
