I received a haircut and toned my hair with Mesut and I couldn’t be more happy with the results! My hair feels refreshed and healthy again. Got my hair cut today and I’m honestly so happy with it. Finding a Turkish-style barber in the Bay Area feels like such a win. Mesut did an amazing job my hair feels super fresh. Also loved how easy it was to book; I got an appointment for the next day without any crazy planning or pre-payment. The salon is in downtown Burlingame, super convenient and everything inside is new, clean, and modern.

I had an extremely upsetting experience here with K-tip hair extensions that resulted in significant damage to my natural hair and thousands of dollars spent. During my first install, Mesut applied a keratin treatment over the K-tip bonds after installing them. When I questioned it, he assured me it was fine. Shortly after, the extensions started falling out. When I returned, I was charged again for another install. Instead of reusing the hair, I was told I needed to purchase completely new hair each time, and the previous hair was thrown away after every install (about every 5–6 weeks). By the third install, I was upsold to longer hair, which was noticeably thinner than what I had previously, and the total cost was even higher than expected.
