THIS STORE HAS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WAS GIVEN A PRICE FOR SOME BUNDLES AND RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AND THE EMPLOYEE TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THE BUNDLES WERE A DIFFRENT PRICE. I REMINDED THE EMPLOYEE THAT HE GAVE ME A DIFFERNT PRICE THE MORNING BEFORE AND HE CLAIMED THAT HE DIDN'T REMEBER THE PRICE THA WAS GIVEN. UPON ME TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HIM AGAIN THAT HIM MISLEADING CUSTOMERS WAS NOT A GOOD THING, HE WALKED AWAY WHILE I WAS TALKING. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT!!! THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND LIARS. YOU CAN'T TREAT CUSTOMERS SPENDING OVER A 100 DOLLARS IN YOUR STORE LIKE THEY DON'T MATTER, NOT AND STAY IN BUSNIESS IN A BLACK COMMUNITY!!!

Always great and affordable prices they seem to have everything

This was my first time in there. I just really started doing my own crochet. Found a brand, but it was high. Not ONLY was this location cheaper, it was buy 4 get one free so i can make my style as full as i need to. The young lady also saw i needed help and showed me a product to help with my style. She could have showed me everything i asked for but gave me another option that would make more of a difference in upkeep. Ill definitely be coming here from now on.
