I booked a total blonde (roots + toner) & a haircut + conditioning treatment with Harley. She was absolutely amazing! I love how transparent the pricing was. And how they walked me through every step. Very trustworthy and reliable. I felt very safe and comfortable. My new go-to salon.

Ladies!!! DONT LOOK FOR ANOTHER SHOP!!! Audrey and the wonderful team at Southern roots took such great care of my hair! I have never been to a shop to get my hair done and was very nervous to try something new and let me tell you they are so sweet and do amazing work. Audrey helped me pick a style that would fit me with my skin tone and I am beyond grateful! Super friendly all the ladies were so sweet!! I love this place. Thank you Audrey for all your help. I appreciate your patience with my long hair.

Update: from 1 to 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you so much, Carmen 🥰 I went to the same hairstylist twice. The first time was okay – not perfect, but acceptable. She didn’t talk much, but I decided to give her another chance. At my first time, I wanted to go from blonde to light brown. I showed her a photo of the color I wanted, but she seemed unsure. She asked a colleague for help, who was very friendly and explained everything. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like what I asked for. My hair turned dark brown – one side had small blonde highlights, the other side had gray ones. I was shocked and didn’t know what to say. I really disliked the color; it made me look harsh and unfriendly. I even cried after leaving the salon. Later, the manager called me after my 1-star review and offered me a

Great experience! This was my first time at this salon and my first haircut in a few years. Hannah did an amazing job! She was very sweet and attentive, making sure I was ok with the lengths as she went along. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I absolutely Adore this salon, Emma is an amazing hairstylist. She worked on me and got me to a perfect shade of blonde after I tried to bleach my own hair at home She saved my hair. I absolutely love the energy in the salon, and everyone is so welcoming and nice. I couldn't recommend it more!
