Sharma is not just a good barber but also a great person in general. He gave me one of the best hair cuts I’ve gotten here in Bloomington, all while we had a great conversation. If u need a haircut, this is hands down the place to go. Thank you Sharma.

I've always gotten good haircuts here. Julie and Hannah consistently give me what I ask for. Tonight, I met Sharma for the first time, and boy, did he live up to his abysmal reputation. He was rude to me upon entrance. Then he decided that DURING my appointment was the appropriate time to address a questionable incident from a previous day with my stylist. The things I heard him say were hugely demeaning and disappointing, especially when said in front of paying clientele. It doesn't matter if the stylist was in the right or wrong; this is NOT how you manage a business or how you treat people. I told him as much after I paid my girl for a good trim, and then I left Hair Jordan for the final time.

I get my hair cut here regularly by Hannah. She always does a great job on my textured hair. She does amazing layers and cuts my bangs exactly how I like. Love this place!

I am trying to grow my hair out and in this awkward transition phase, and I had Hannah give me a trim to clean it up and it looks so good. She's awesome. 10/10.

I called to ask about pricing for a simple trim and wanted to clarify whether the $35 included a wash/blow-dry or if I could just get a trim alone. Instead of a straightforward answer, I was met with a very hostile and aggressive tone. When I politely rephrased my question, the stylist snapped that it was "$35 if I’m washing, blow-drying, and cutting your hair and I’m not sorry about that." This felt unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, especially since I was only trying to understand the services offered. I won’t be booking here after that experience.
