Got my hair cut and styled by Shawn and I love it! She took her time, gave me tips and was honest with me on how to treat my hair, even showed me what products to use. I wanted this particular look from a video and she was honest with me on not getting the exact hair style because my hair would look like a mullet with my type of hair and the way she did it is very cute and she knows what she’s dealing with :) i like that she was honest with me and not letting me get that exact hair style because i would def not want a mullet in the long run! I recommend if you want a cut or style or even getting your hair completely done, go to Shawn , she’s very nice and treats you professionally and she’s friendly and funny and she makes you feel comfortable :)

First time here, i was recommended by my co-worker. The office staff is nice, but i came in wanting a hair stile and right away was told i had to much hair and no way my hair was going to get any light. She kept complaining how i had too much hair, and left me in a chair with conditioner wet hair dripping all my back.. I then said okay, was given a color, but as i notice the stylist just did high light and some hair dye in my roots only. my hair was pretty much the same as i went in just only thing was i had now highlights, not to mentioned my highlights were yellow.. but she really over charged me i was charged $225 for highlights, and haircut which i thing was too much. Vanessa took care of me. She did on outstanding job. I hadn't had a cut or color in a year. My layers were in really bad shape, very uneven. And I had 6 inches of regrowth. To make it a little more challenging, I have very curly/frizzy hair. Never easy to cut and layer. Most stylists are intimidated when they see my hair. Vanessa was not intimidated in the least. She knew exactly how to fix my mess. :) My layers are perfect now. And the color? She nailed it. I'm a natural redhead (although graying for several years now) and I'm fortunate enough to have my hair grab the color really well. Was excited when I found this spot Verenice seemed very knowledgeable. Then my 2nd visit was horrible. She had me waiting an hour and 1/2 because she took a family member before me and didn’t offer me a discount or to start while she finished the other person. Unprofessional

I reached out to Vereniece in regards to getting my hair done before a certain important date, i sent her this long message asking her if she had any availability and explaining why and instead of saying "sorry unfortunately i dont have anything" she sent me a screenshot of her being booked. I brushed it off and decided to reach out again i asked her for an appointment which we agreed on and the day before my appointment i messaged her to confirm my appointment and she said that she booked my appointment because i didnt pay my deposit that she didnt even inform me about. ...... i had called off at work already and i just thought she was so rude and unprofessional. Dont recommend unless you would like to have someone rude do your hair and treat you like you're a piece of dirt .
