Went in the store purchased my items and when I walked out the alarm sounded. I turn around and handed my bag to the cashier who had just checked me out the Chinese lady(owner)comes out with her security wand she’s all in my purse with the wand it was a coco butter stick that I had purchased weeks beforeat the bottom of my purse in an make up pouch. We argued she yelled just admit your a thief. I told her idk why it didn’t go off when I came in but I do not steal and she tried to keep the coco butter stick but I refused to let her. I told to refund me my money for what I had just purchased that day and she refused yelling get out and don’t come back. I told her call the police. She told me to call the police. I told her to run my receipts because they have a point system and she could look

I love this hair store. It's close to home. They very friendly in there. Very helpful. It's close to home. Nobody never gave me a bad vibe when I went in there. I always shop in there and I get points I will give him I will give him 20 stars if I could....,❤️🤩

There was a lot of options here with a lot of different things. However I feel like I wish that there was more signage and more organization in order to find the correct things that you're looking for. Because kind of all just so overwhelmingly compacted with no sense of directions throughout the store. They have some pretty cheap prices and a very wide selection of hair jewelry different makeup cosmetic skin care hair care products as well. They had a very nice lash selection.

I bought a Wig on display. Which I NEVER DO. But it was the last one. And it looked really nice. Once I got home I looked up reviews on the Wig and the Wig should actually be about TWO INCHES LONGER!! The Reviews I saw said after awhile you may need to cut ends to prevent SHEDDING. But why sell a Wig that you have "cut"?? Very disappointed. But I do love the Store..and will shop there, but NO MORE DISPLAYS FOR ME..

Very stereotypical of blacks. I took my black neighbors to this store for hair products; the workers in the store followed them around. They would not let them shop without watching their every move. When my neighbors checkout they were given dirty looks by all of the workers. I am trying to set a good example, but this experience makes all of asians look bad. No one is better than another. Get over yourselves !
