I scheduled an appt for my daughter on Wednesday with Lashawn— I texted the stylist when we were on our way, even let her know when we arrived. No show. Super unprofessional and hella disappointing.

I had the worst experience. I called in for appointment to get a retwist and style and the young lady said come at 2:30. I arrived on time 2:24. She started my hair at 2:45 washing it. Then she set me under the dryer for 50 minutes. The dryer had stopped and I was just sitting there while she was outside. Another customer comes in and she starts washing and braiding his hair. She never said a word to me. Now it’s 4:00. My retwist still hasn’t even started. She showed such trouble customer service. It was my first time visiting this establishment. I left with my hair still not done at 16:30. Sad when your own treat you like you owe them something when you coming to pay them for their services. I pray your respect for your customers gets better.

Would put 0 stars if possible. I proposed to my fiancé on Nov 18th 2025 on nov 16th 2025 I went here to get braided and within 5 hours had to take them out for the included reasons. This lady honestly ruined my hair for our special day I couldn’t even let my mom do them because of the damage to my scalp and skin. And will forever have nappy hair in my proposal Ik these people don’t care but for that reason I will make my first 1 star review. Never once was I asked about how often I get braided or given any moisturizer or relief. She braided like I was a doll with no emotions or feelings.(I get braided maybe once a year but she wouldn’t know because she didn’t ask) I was there for 20 minutes and in that time 4 of the workers I seen were either complaining about previous clients or talking b

Learned about Tierra from my mom. She braided her hair and it was really cute! I had a specific style I wanted. Showed Tierra the pic/video and she went to work!! Very professional and great customer service. Very pleased! Will definitely be back and would recommend.
