Sad to write this review I had high hopes working with Chen. I went to her one time to get a haircut and it went very well. So I came back to her to get my hair dyed. I was looking to go lighter than I was (I have black hair). We did a hair consultation and I throughly explained that my hair had been bleached in the past and I had to dye it black for military reasons. Nonetheless I came in for the actual hair dying appointment. She got started fairly quick and sectioned my hair and got started. She did the whole back of my head with foils. It wasn’t anything but 5 mins or so after she finished the back of my head that I could hear sizzling and my scalp was on absolute fire. I told her and she tried to reassure me that it had been less than ten minutes since she put it on. I then told her a

Awesome place! I couldn’t find anywhere to cut my one year olds hair and she said come on! She did an amazing job and then offered to cut my hair! (I definitely needed it) Great place. Will be returning.

Hair stylist song was a nice woman. Unfortunately she did not know how to deal with my girlfriend’s curly ethnic hair. She didn’t get it to curl in anyway like she said she could based on the picture we showed her before hand and she didn’t use any product to help curl it. I wish she would have just told us that she did not know how to do that kind of hair and hairstyle before we wasted our time and money. Had to spend another 2 hours at home to style and use product to get it the way it was supposed to look.

I called around to a couple of places and it was a last minute thing I wanted to get my hair colored. She took me no appointment! I haven’t had my hair colored in quite awhile by a salon. Hands down Jin gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! She took her time. I absolutely LOVE my new hair and this will be my new salon.

I've been in Fayetteville for about a year and only dared to get one haircut in that time. But now that I've found Jin I can stop avoiding the salon 😊 she's so good and got me in last minute. She did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks great! I'm so happy with how it turned out and I'll definitely be back.
