Hair Studio One

I highly recommend Hair Studio One if you’re looking for a great cut at a cheap price. We always go to see Jenny for my boyfriend’s haircuts, and she does an amazing job every single time. She is incredibly efficient and super fast without ever compromising on quality. Even when she’s busy, she always seems to make time for us. Plus, the prices truly can’t be beat for the level of skill she provides. Ask for Jenny!!!

Jenny does an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted, looked at a pic and honestly one of the better haircuts I’ve had in Portland - saying a lot in 20 years and all different price points.

The lady’s hair skills are not only poor but also made negative comments about my hair, face, and religion. I simply asked about the service, but she kept talking about my beauty and teaching me how to take care of myself, such as needing makeup when going out and hair wash before having a haircut. I visited the salon for a haircut, not to be subjected to judgment about my facial appearance, hair, and religion. Her demeanor was incredibly condescending, as if she were my mother. Crazy. That’s why the salon never busy

Like others have said, Friendly, efficient service, not too busy (3:00 on a Tuesday, one person in front of me, two people behind shortly after), Matched the provided reference picture within 80-90% (which is totally acceptable considering that hair had gel or other products in it which I didn't want); more importantly the lengths, blends, and hair part were all within scope of what I wanted. Price was $16 for fairly straightforward 'business casual-esque' men's haircut with no shampoo (not sure if that's typically included or not but my hair was still visibly wet from having washed it a few minutes before arriving). Will likely return in the future.
