Hair Studio Plus

I naturally grow my hair for tree years to have clear balayage but Laura messed my hair up. I wanted her light and soft blonde but she made ginger color. I went there 3 times but she kept making it more and more ginger. I spend another 400$ to have the color I wanted. I ask for money back but she did not accept her fault, did not refunded my money, yell at me and threatened me to calling police. Never recommend this place. Response to store response: I don’t want to argue with you because you acted very unprofessional you want me to wait for a long time and said you don’t want to take any responsibility .As you can see from the photos my hair is in different colors. I went to Laura as she was highly recommended by friends. I went in to get a bleach and Laura worked her magic. I did not think I would be able to reach this color after having dark hair but she did exactly what I asked for and more. She also did a hair mask which left my hair shiny & healthy. It’s been about 3 weeks and my hair is still feeling healthy! Anyone looking for a new hairstylists I recommend you stoping by the Hair Studio, they offer great services at a good price. I’m so happy to say we were beyond pleased with the results. The stylist Naomi truly listened, and the color matched exactly what my daughter was hoping for. I went into the Hair Studio Plus this week and received a haircut and conditioning treatment from Laura. I love how I was treated and the staff is super nice!
