I asked for long, blended layers with a U-shape, showing a photo of Rachel Green from Season 5 of "Friends" as inspiration. I'm aware the inspiration photo shows hair that is styled and I don't expect my hair to look like that right after a typical hair wash at home. But what I did see after my first hair wash was this: choppy, unblended short layers with a V-shape. If you zoom into the photos, it looks like like the top layer is just cut straight across! Previously, my hair was intentionally highlighted only at the top with the hair under the highlights dark, making it high contrast. I was shocked to find out that Andy didn't take the time blend the highlights at the top with the dark hair portion. I will mention that he did ask me if there was anything he'd like me to fix about the hair

I made an appointment with Sarah based on a friend's recommendation. She pays attention to details and answered any hair questions I had clearly. She continuously checked in with me to make sure that the cut looked like I wanted, and was able to answer any questions that I had. For cutting, washing, and blow drying my hair, the price was slightly on the more high end side of salons, but still decently priced and very worth it. The lady that washed my hair was also super nice, and she and Sarah were both gentle with my hair. Update: I've been going to Sarah for my cuts for roughly two years now! She always remembers the style I like my hair and never trims off more than I ask for. She colored my hair once when I gave her a reference photo and she did a great job getting it to look natural

The customer service was off the charts. Not only did my stylist go above and beyond, but Yohan also did an amazing job with color. Thank you to Yohan for an incredible experience!

Yoshan did my hair here. I asked for a balayage and got streaky blonde. The salon was clean and the staff were friendly but I was not happy with the outcome. Yoshan spent so much time on my hair and I am so impressed he was able to lighten my virgin black hair to a bright blonde, but he wasn’t able to blend the color into my natural black. Leaving me with patchy stripes.
