Owners attitude is HORRIBLE. Disregard for clients if not her family. Loud, open negative conversations about others in the presence of clients. If you are a loyal client and looking for a loyal, attentive stylist.....THIS MAY NOT BE THE SHOP FOR YOU UNLESS YOU ARE her FAMILY. She did a great job on my initial silk press and color. However, she will change your appointment on the same day and act as if she is doing you a favor. But if you call HOURS ahead of time to acknowledge the POSSIBILITY of being late she will cancel your appointment and charge you for the visit. At no point does she attempt to offer to adjust the days appointment. Considering the fact that you already paid a deposit to book the appointment. Skills are there but her attitude makes it not worth it.

I absolutely love my hair! I love the environment. Cassandra is so knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been coming for a while now and she truly has a green thumb when it comes to hair!
