I went to the owner to get my hair dyed with a photo of what I wanted done. I was reassured that it wouldnt be a problem to achieve the color I wanted. After several hours of being there my hair did not turn out as promised so the owner said to come back and she would redo free of charge. I paid $200 plus tip the first time. To have a dark brown color on top( which turned red) and grey ombre on the bottle which didnt turn out. So we waited a week and went in for another session to only leave with blue hair and still not the results that I came in for. The second time I was there it was very awkward and uncomfortable the owner almost made me feel as though she was mad she had to redo it. I highly recommend Hair Therapy. Heather did a fantastic job and listened so well to my hair needs. My husband was thrilled with the results too and stated, "oh you'll definitely have to see her again!"
