Hair Town

Had a bad experience here just an hour ago. My sister and I decided to go to hairtown because we both wanted bangs. We made an appointment at 10:30 am and arrived at this time. The lady that did my hair was amazing! Samantha gets 5 stars! However, the lady that did my sisters hair was horrible. My sister paid almost $40 just to get everything she did not ask for. Lady with glasses was rude and complained how we were late and she had another hair appointment at the same time. She refused bangs on my sister because it will “look bad” on her. Who says that? And she simply rushed her trim and curled her hair? So we paid $40 to get her hair curled. So unprofessional. We live in Cumming and never experienced anything like this. We wont be wanting any of her service. Please be aware of her.

Today on a whim i decided i was done having green hair. I knew it was a long shot to have a color correction service done on such short noticed, but i called up hair town just to give it a shot. They answered the phone straight away and offered me an appointment in only 15 minutes. My stylist was amazing, and made sure to explain everything to me in a professional way. For a color correction, trim, and style was only $ 120 . I made my next appointment straight away. AMAZING service i will be using them for the foreseeable future !

I'm very new to the Cumming area so Hair Town was my first hair salon experience here. Star, my hair stylist, did a wonderful job cutting and highlighting my hair. I was very pleased with the results and felt their prices were quite reasonable.

Helen gave me a quick trim, and it looks great! I also got to see Dora‘s work as she fixed up a gentleman‘s hair. I will be sending my husband to see Dora later! You can’t beat the prices here!
