Hair Town

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My daughter and I visited yesterday bcuz she wanted press on nails, the owner LITERALLY followed my daughter aisle to aisle! It’s giving racist, all black ppl don’t steal from the hair store. Once I realized what he was doing, I took my business elsewhere, I will NEVER return to this place.

I will NEVER shop at this store EVER again. Poor management, poor conflict resolution. They think everyone comes in their to steal. I bought 6 pairs of clip earrings at one time. Cashier put them all in a very small bag, 2 pairs were broke. I went to get/refund or exchange, and the owner accused me of bringing earrings back before, and I never bought earrings from this store. I told her to her face YOUR LYING and why do you all do this. The man got nasty with me. I threw the earrings on the counter and told them I would never buy anything else from this store. Sorry, excuse for people and poor business owners. They will never get 1 penny from me EVER again. 0 rating.

Would not recommend anyone to shop here. The managers do not honor any of their discounted prices. The sale signs are false advertising. If the sale price doesn’t come up at the register they say it’s not on sale anymore. Also if they over charge you and you don’t catch it before you pay, they will NOT give you any money back and they will instead put the blame on you. The manager I dealt with was a female and she yelled at me and my mother and told us “oh well that’s policy”. Please be aware they do not deserve anyone to spend their money here !

I would venture all the way up here just for little things. The prices are good, the products are clean, the cashier is friendly, and they always have nice things besides hair. This is the only beauty store i will go to from now on!!

This place is horrible to shop at. The owner is very discriminating and the girls are unprofessional. The owner has testers out for make up and doesn't want customers to use it. He follows you in the store and watch your every move as if you going to steal. You feel very uncomfortable and not wanted but he wants your money. Get mad when you ask questions. And walks away he is always judging you soon as you come in there. I will never shop here again I go to Beauty Island across the street they are way better and friendly.
