Hello. I have been to several hair salons and Hair Unlimited staff is great and very professional. Rachel Waites has cut my and colored my wife’s and she did a very good job. Again Hair Unlimited is the place to go.

I rarely ever get my hair done, but I decided to go to rachel because I had gotten so many lovely comments who said she was awesome. She hardly ever replied to my messages asking for an appointment, and when she did it would be like 2 days between responses. When I actually got into the appointment she said she was running 15 minutes late in text, but I ended up sitting in the waiting room for, no joke, 47 minutes. She rushed my appointment, butchered my hair, and told me she didnt do refunds when I asked her to fix it. I was going to pay. I booked with her again because she said she was going to fix it for free, and when I got there she was sick, understandable, so I rebooked again, only for her to ghost me the night and hours before my appointment. I wasnt going to leave a review on her,
