Fantastic new LES salon with a great team of stylists. Rin did a major color correction for me that had been bothering me for a long time, you can see from the before and after photos, the previous hair dresser left really chunky highlights and it was very hard to manage as new hair grew out. Rin is fun and most importantly, she CARES and takes her job seriously. The other partner at the salon AJ is also a wonderful human being. I will be sure to return for more 💇‍♀️

Aj is the absolute best! Super skillful and knowledgeable - I’ve been going to him since I moved here years back, met him when he was at another salon and now he has opened up his own here! Super kind, personable, and so talented - I pretty much come in without knowing exactly what color I want, show him some pics or try to articulate ideas as best as I could and he just knows exactly how to execute. Will also give good recos too. Also today was the first time I got a haircut and I absolutely loved it, super detailed and careful about making sure both sides are even. I have had experiences before with others who would cut so fast and then there’s unevenness but you def won’t get that with AJ bc he cares so much!

Nico has been doing my hair for years, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else. He’s seen me through many color changes, a full wedding grow-out, big chops, and everything else, and he never misses. Every appointment feels thoughtful and intentional, and I always leave feeling like the best version of myself. I was so excited to see him in this new space; the location is super convenient, just a few blocks from the F train, and the salon itself is calm, clean, and welcoming. It feels like the kind of place you can relax. For this visit, I went in for a shag haircut and a major color change, from the remains of a grown-out balayage to a dark brown. Rin is so talented. She really takes the time to understand what haircut style you want and then meticulously tries to achieve that. I have hair that's really plain and hard to style, but Rin added some texture so it's not so boring. I did end up having to come back as my hair was still too long after the initial cut, but Rin was so patient. She added more layers and texture than the initial cut because the length was shorter. Loved the result.

Been going to AJ since 2021 and he’s the only person I trust to color my hair. He’s great at what he does, pays attention to details. Nadia, his assistant is also amazing and sweet.
