It just makes my hair look horrible. I told them about the thing I want. I showed them the picture, but they still couldn’t do it till the very end. I don’t like my hair at all. And I went there at 12:30. It took them two hours to it just start doing stuff with my hair!! after everything was done I told them I didn’t like my hair and they were like it’s gonna grow and look like that, I told them my hair takes a long time to grow, but they still didn’t listen to my stuff and just do whatever they just wanted to do and now it looks horrible!!!! and last but not least my hair is too short but they still charge me a hundred bucks plus tips

i usually get my japanese straight perm done in japan but i live in new york so i was in the market for a place to keep up my roots in new york. these ladies fried my hair. i only got the solution put on the roots but i walked out of the salon with my whole head of hair damaged. my lengths were riddled with mechanical damage from them ripping through my hair with combs (even after i begged them to let me comb it because i noticed they were being too rough) and the top of my hair where the chemicals were applied was absolutely fried. i also kept getting scolded by basically the whole staff that the job will be "difficult " because i didnt dye my hair before coming but i told them multiple times i'm trying to grow out my hair & i wont be dying it anymore... ?? which i also find funny because

The ladies gave me the option of either a Japanese blowout or a keratin blowout, and I chose the keratin treatment. I'm super, super happy with the results. I plan to come back here in a few months, when the blowout will go away. I don't mind traveling from Los Angeles to here to get my hair done because the price is untouchable. I paid less than $200, and the results are just 10 out of 10. I live in Los Angeles and visited NYC for a friend's wedding. The prices in Los Angeles are very high, and I wanted to find a cheaper place in New York City. I stayed a few days after the wedding to enjoy and explore the city. The nail salon inside is pathetic. They were not attending anyone. I came in around 4 pm and asked for gel mani and pedi and they said OMG as if I’m asking for too much. That should have been my sign to leave…The application was horrible and done lazy. - uneven and blotchy. I won’t ever be coming here again. And they only take cash or Zelle. They don’t tell you that until it’s time to pay.

I did my Japanese straightening and did mention to the lady that I color my hair couple months ago and she was adding something looking at my each side of hair, at that time I knew my hair is screwed,in short now it turns out that bird nest 🪺 ended cutting my hair :(
