Hair Works

I went there because I wanted to get some red out of my hair. The person I went to told me it was going to take two steps. I'd have to come back twice. She said it would be $90 for a cut The first attempt on getting the red out. Then it went to $150. She also told me when I came back it would be another $150. I went to Giovanni's in Tonawanda. She took care of me $190 it cost. I got my brows and my lip waxed, color, cut and highlights, and I purchased a product for $20. so happy I went to Giovanni's. I would not recommend hair works to anyone. Seems like it's all about the money there.

Denise is the best!!! She's been helping and beautifying my nails for decades. She and all in the salon are very warm and friendly.

I have come to Hair Works on 4 occasions over the past 6 months and I can honestly say, JoEllen provides the best service and haircut I have ever had. We literally time our visits to Buffalo (we live in NJ but have family here) to when I need a haircut :) Next appt. Is 12/24 just in time for Christmas 🎅

Was visiting family and called during my visit for a haircut. Received an appt that day with Connie. One of the best haircuts that I have ever had. Highly recommend this salon. Very friendly and professional. Will visit again when I am in town.

I go every two weeks and get consistently great work every time! Although I have my favorites, no matter who works on you- the entire staff is extremely kind and extremely talented and extremely accommodating!!
