Never had a problem with them until today. Once I left and they already closed I noticed a charge on my receipt for $1.99 on an item I did not buy, which also increased my tax. I wonder how many times they sneakily added extra fees to peoples transactions that didn't notice or pay attention. That is bad business!! Thieves. The man who works there is rude, doesn't respond when you speak to him, and passed gas and didn't even excuse himself. 🤢 Not going back here either.

I were in the area and were shopping with my daughters. I had 4 of my daughters with me ages 8, 13, 25 and 27. We are going out of town this weekend and had needed some beauty items for our trip, my youngest is 8 yrs old and she wanted some press on nails I told her ok we picked them out together and she wanted to hold them, as we continue to shop, I turned my back to look at some items my other daughter was inquiring about, my youngest daughter started to cry. She stated that the store employee snatch the nails and shoo her over to me and when I ask the employee/owner did you take something out her hand she showed me the item she had at the counter and said are you going to pay? I ask her for the item back we spent close to 100.00. I just brought what we had in our hands and quickly left

I've been going to this store for a few years and have never had a bad experience. The couple who own it are very nice and helpful. If she doesn't have something you can show her and she will get it! I recommend this place.

I really love this store. It has some of everything I need. The hair selection is perfect for me and good prices. I always find something i didn't know i wanted lol. Checkout is fast and the staff is very friendly

CHECK YOU HAIR BEFORE YOU BUY HAIR FROM HERE. I purchased human hair from here and two weeks after installing I had to take it out. The hair matted and tangled soooooooo bad I could not comb it. My hair stylist informed me that the hair was old and should have never been sold. Staff is very friendly and the store has a great selection but they need to check their hair often.
