Cindy is great! Takes the time to listen to what I want and delivers a great cut, along with trimming my ears, eyebrows, sideburns and neck. Always cheerful. Does a great job with my 5 year old grandson.

Writing this review with tears in my eyes. This is the first time I do something like this hair. Showed photos and the stylist said YES they can do it. I trusted, sadly. Maybe one can say it’s my fault because why would you go to hair masters for this kind of hair? BUT, I assumed they knew what they were doing because they are certified. I’m really sad and crying since I left. I do not know her name but she sits closest to the restroom. I paid almost $300 and regret every part of it. I hope you have a better experience than myself. Attached is the reference photo that stylist approved and said they could do.

Post your prices up front. Cindy does a great foil. Sometimes the music is a bit loud and not relaxing selection. Some stylists speak quite quickly on the phone and its difficult to understand them when booking an appmt. The Manager should be helping the staff on the new system..Cindy seems to be the person the other stylists go to for help.

I have been going to Thu as my steady hairdresser all this year and last year. She's fast and she always gives me a great cut! I will see her again in another 6 weeks. Thank you.

Thu is my stylist at the Fairwood, Washington location. She is always bright and cherry upon my entrance. She listens and clarifies exactly what I want and carries it out each time so very well. Thank you!
