Beyond upset with how much this place has declined. Been coming here for 12 years. Used to be great. But the quality has greatly declined. Came here in the spring when my hair stylist was out of the country. They gave us Gene who is an older man, that butchered not just mine, but both my daughter’s hair. 8 months later despite growing it out, my hair is still a mess and can’t be fixed yet. Came in to see my stylist last Saturday. Showed her the photo of the hair style I wanted, and picked out the brightest red they have for color. She has been dying my hair the same color for years. But she waited until after putting in all the dye to tell me she added brown to it so it wouldn’t be as red. Why would I pick the brightest red, if I didn’t want it red? So now I am stuck with a disgusting br

Mary had terrific ideas on color and shaping my haircut! I’ve gotten SO many compliments on my new cut/style and the colors! She is truly talented and knowledgeable! Will always and have always used her 🤗

I have been searching for years for my perfect hairstylist and after 20 years of looking, I have finally found her. I have very thin fine hair and throughout my life I had a lot of it. However, after losing 80 pounds on a GLP1 My hair has began thinning and I don’t have as much hair as I used to. Back on Mother’s Day of 2025 I went in to a salon and got a really bad haircut with very thick layers put in it. I was unhappy so I went back and had them just chop all my hair off. I’m also taking supplements to assist in my hair growing back thicker so I have a lot of regrowth and it is all different lengths. Windy Is Amazing! Not only does she understand my hair type, but she also took the time to show me different ways to style it to make it look fuller and healthier. I look forward to my upc

Windy is wonderful, talented, and dedicated to her craft. I love that she always listens to what I need and makes it happen. She is gentle and that is a game changer for someone like me who has terrible head pain. She can turn my whole day around with her smile and infectious energy. I recommend her to anyone with ears.

I visited the HairMasters in Spanaway on January 21st. I made an online appointment for a couple days before hand. I was using their website for the first time. (I'm very old. The internet came on the scene after I gave birth to my 4th child.) I found their website pretty easy to work with. Since I did not know any of the hairdressers I opted for who ever was going to be available. I was Not disappointed!! My hair is not easy to work with. The lady listened when I made a suggestion. It's been 3 weeks since I got my hair cut. I still like how it turned out. Will I go back again? Yes!!
