I cannot recommend Jamie and this salon enough—she is a true hair savior! After a disastrous experience at another salon, I came in stressed, but Jamie immediately got me in the very next day, opening up at 8:30 AM to dedicate her entire day to me. She was there for me emotionally and physically, fixing what was a hair emergency that needed major correction. It’s a beautifully upscale salon with great products, making it wonderful for relaxing, yet it is also incredibly accommodating (perfect for busy moms!). Jamie was exceptionally good with coloring; she truly specializes in color correction. She strategically placed every single highlight to fix the previous mess (which had me looking like a cheetah!), and made the color flawless from root to tip. She then expertly curled my hair to fin

Love, love, love, loveeee!!! Jamie was able to squeeze me in for an impulsive chop and bang trim and she did an absolutely amazing job, I could not be happier! They are so professional, clean, and efficient. Price for a wash, cut, and curl was about $50, not bad at all.

Got a great haircut from Stephanie! She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t be happier and it’s so easy to style now. Great experience!

I should have known when our stylist was over 30 minutes late that we should have left, but we gave some grace and waited it out. I wish we wouldn't have. My daughter and I came in for highlights and both left with fried hair, especially my daughter's. Of course, we expect some damage, but my daughter's hair was so bad that we had to spend over $100 elsewhere just to have it deep conditioned and re-toned. The stylist also left bleach burns all over my daughter's head and didn't tell me. She claimed it was from chemical buildup, but the stylist who fixed her hair said that is a copout and absolutely not the cause of what we left the salon with. I tried to call the owner to speak with her and she has not called me back. Definitely 100% do not recommend!

So I got my hair cut Thursday and I wanted a butterfly cut with curtain bangs. My stylist was a little afraid to cut my hair because it was finer and I told her I have had lots of layered cuts before I assure you my hair won't look thin at all. I have alot of hair so layers actually add volume to my hair. I didnt notice it right away because my hair was styled but my hair is un even and the same length as it was when I came in. My hair is not layered like a butterfly cut and I do not have curtain bangs. I sent my stylist a message about it and I told her I felt bad but I wanted to see what the policy was about fixing my hair. No answer so I called the salon several times and they are opened for it to just ring and then it to disconnect I am not happy about this to the point I wanna cry. Up
