If I could give a 0 I would. I went in with my natural hair expecting a silk press service. Being rough with my hair was minor compared to what followed. They were so disrespectful whilst prepping me for my silk press that I decided I needed to leave. When I tried to leave they blocked the door and pushed me. They cornered me in the back and as I tried to record for my safety on my iPhone, Teri grabbed my phone and pushed me. They tried to trap me in the bathroom. After paying her (for NOT completing any services) they literally threw me out the store. The police were called and a report was filed. Do not come to this place or book with Teri unless you are looking for a ghetto experience.

The stylist was rough with my hair. My hair is natural and healthy and to my armpit it seemed like she was jealous the way she was treating it and trying to convince me it was breaking or needed a trim. It wasn't breaking because I already detangled most of it and I didn't have any massive breakage it was only when she was combing it roughly, pulling and ripping out my hair I literally had to tell her I was in pain from the way she was combing my hair while it was wet and she said its a wide tooth comb and she showed me the comb. I only went for a wash and blow out. Also when I asked for a blowout she acted like she didn't know what that was so I ended up getting a silk press and she was rough with that too. I've been doing my hair with terry for over 5 years and I've never left her salon not satisfied. I think she's the best hairstylist I've come across. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Found this shop on Booksy. They were very accommodating for a last minute appointment. I got a sleek ponytail and I loved it!

Terri does quality work. I appreciate the one-on-one attention she gives each time. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone.
