She sends out a form with such caring and personalized questions, asking about preferred music, snacks, drinks, and even if you want a talkative or relaxing, quiet appointment. I just got my hair cut from Haley today, and it was an amazing experience. I felt very comfortable during the process, which was amazing. I really enjoyed her relaxed nature. This was a really big hair change for me, and I was so beyond nervous. But she went about this in such a relaxed way that I didn't feel anxious at all during the haircut. I got a wolfcut from her, and I love, love, love it! Such an amazing hairstylist.
