I’ve been a member for a while, and Kisha does a great job of cutting my hair every time. I leave this review to alert you to the manager. I believe her name is Martina. On more than one occasion after receiving great service from Kisha, the manager has approached me for something I supposedly did wrong. On Sunday, I got the Luxe 24K cut experience, which is a $279 service before tip. Afterwards, “Martina” approaches me and claims next time I need to book the correct time length, as if I have any control or knowledge over how long the service should last. I recently moved to Atlanta from the Washington DC area and wanted to find a spa that catered to men who prioritize self-care. I found Hammer and Nails and immediately decided this was the place I belonged. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted at the door with respect and a sense of urgency. You are offered a drink of choice and you meet your technician and start your services. I was unaware they also had a barber’s area as well and once I found about the membership options, I became a VIP Member. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is tremendous. Hammer and Nails is catered to men and it’s a great safe haven to be just that.

Ain’t nothing lux about this at all. The barbers aren’t fly or in lux uniform, the fade cutting skills I received was mid at best. They charge a whole separate $60 just to cut ANY facial hair regardless of you can’t grow a beard like me. I can’t speak for the the pedi/mani service. They don’t serve you top shelf exclusive brands of liquor. They had Tito’s at the top 😐. Bruh I wouldn’t have tripped if the prices weren’t so ridiculous overvalued compared to the customer experience. This ain’t nothing but a mall barbershop with drinks u can’t even enjoy during a mid cut. I was gonna keep my comments offline til the owner of their IG account didn’t respond to my message of issues after a month. Definitely an experience. I wanted to get my own personal experience even though I read a few unpleasant reviews. While the ambiance gave luxury and the music was soothing an definitely gave the VIP feel the overall service lacked in areas. Candy did a wonderful job on my beard and gave me great advice however I would have liked a better job of more of a precise line up to give the completed look. The host did upgrade me while I paid for a basic service so I was definitely expecting the works. Entering another room is where I was experiencing the manicure & pedicure. Well they did things without the chemicals so I got a buff & shine but my clear nail polish from a previous shop was giving the nail tech issues. As u can see by the picture my nails dnt exactly give the look of buff & SHINE
