Coming from an African American woman- I comfortably go in there and get the support and respect. Big big kudos to Mr. Lee and Mr. Damien. They’ll even tell you if the wig is good on you or not!! Very racist, did not want to help me in any way. I was not savvy with hair buying and was looking for real help and was not helped instead I was meant with hostility and irritability since I was confused. The guy behind the counter was huffing and puffing and the Hispanic guy at the door kept yelling at me. I was so unhappy, I will NEVER RETURN THERE!

I was greeted by the sales associate and cashier. Freely roamed store without being pestered or followed, however, the cashier did checkin to see if I needed assistance. Pleasant experience
