Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

While I've always had wonderful massages at H & S Brick, I have found my person! Janka. Janka style/technique is like nothing I've experienced before. I really can't explain it, it's just different and AMAZING. She really spends her time focusing on any specific issues I'm experiencing and I always leave refreshed and VERY relaxed. (sometimes I have to sit for a few in the lobby until I feel I'm ready to drive) Janka and the front desk staff are always friendly, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I used to think massages were like pizza. Is there really a bad pizza? Well there’s really no bad Massage either. Just different degrees of good. Everyone that I have experienced at this location has been good. I must say the award of excellence goes to Janka. I get my massages for therapeutic reasons. Janka has an unbelievable understanding of anatomy and connectivity. Her energy is amazing. I have been blessed enough to have had two sessions with her now. I was almost hesitant on putting up a review because I don’t want the secret out to how good she really is. But everybody else deserves to feel like I feel when I walk out of one of her sessions. Janka, Thank you for your amazing gift. Hand & Stone, I hope you realize what a gem you have.

I booked a facial with Alyssa and it was the best facial I’ve ever had! She’s extremely knowledgeable and personable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell from the start she truly cares about her clients and their skin. Her skincare recommendations were spot on and have been incredibly effective for me. My skin felt amazing afterward, I was glowing and felt extremely refreshed. I’ll definitely be booking with her monthly!

I’ve been a member at this location for a few months and have gone to several Hand and Stone locations dozens of times over the last 10 years - tonight was undoubtedly the best facial I’ve ever had BY FAR! Jodie was fabulous and I’ve already pre-booked for next month. She was extremely thorough and my skin feels incredible. Their entire team is good, but Jodie goes above and beyond. Can’t wait for next month!

For the second month in a row- this location has used my credit card from my account to pay for my cousins account which is a totally different name and membership. We tried to fix this with manager Jill in December after I was wrongfully charged 6 times in a one week period for my cousins membership. She claimed she cancelled my cousins membership and my card attachment but today I just got charged again for her account. This location is fraudulent and illegally using cards for memberships they are not associated with. Will be calling again tomorrow to sort this out. So frustrating. I have been a member for over 5 years and do not understand how my card can be used on someone else’s account. Makes no sense. Beware of scams from this location!!!
