Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Massages are okay, but shorter than advertised every time. Also, I was a member here paying monthly, and when I cancelled they told me they would bill me one more time but that I would have another massage to use whenever. I asked if there was a time limit on that and they said no. Apparently their policy is 60 days or it's forfeited. I was unable to use it within that window for medical reasons, but it would have been good to know, especially since I specifically asked. I called to book on the 65th day. They couldn't care less. That's not good business all around.

I just got back from there and had to post a review. Due to medical reasons, I have not had a massage in 9 months and my lower back was a mess ( I used to get them monthly). Coralie was amazing! She applied enough pressure where it was needed, listened to my needs and most importantly made the pain go away. Everyone there was super friendly. I will say, this spot isn't your all day getaway, girls day out spot HOWEVER I would argue the staff is better than those other places. I can't wait to come back. Thank you!!

I recently had my first massage and facial here, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The staff made me feel so comfortable, which was especially important since it was my first time. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed, and the facial was equally amazing. The girl who did my facial was so knowledgeable and even recommended some great products for my skin. What I really appreciated was that she wasn’t pushy about upgrades or expensive items, I could tell she genuinely cared about what would work best for me. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and completely relaxed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to treat themselves!

I have always had a fabulous experience with Amanda. She's a muscle whisperer and I'm always relaxed and almost pain free when she's done. I have had several facials with Kim and love the results. She is very knowledgeable and not a hard up sell.
