That was nice; however, it was ignored. Additionally the massage technique I did receive was so basic I could have just stayed home and asked my spouse to help me out the best she could. I have been a Hand & Stone member for over two years and have always had positive experiences at other locations. Since relocating, however, I’ve had my appointment canceled back-to-back after I already arrived onsite,even after receiving multiple confirmation messages and confirming my attendance. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, but the pattern combined with lack of notice has been very disappointing. It creates an inconvenience and makes it difficult to use the membership I’m paying for. Needless to say, I no longer will be continuing with the membership.

I’ve had a lot of massages, but Zeus delivers the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever experienced. I really appreciated how he took the time to listen and focus on the exact areas I mentioned were giving me trouble. This is not your average massage, it’s targeted, intentional, and incredibly effective. Be prepared, you will feel sore afterward, but in the best possible way, because you know real work was done. Never do I schedule my next appointment before leaving the building but I had to make sure I was on his books. Absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be back.
