Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

A few therapists are very good, nonetheless the building is dirty. Very unhygienic!!! I bought multiple cards during the Thanksgiving special just because my therapist is amazing & they had a good deal. My daughter & I have memberships, but I have considered canceling my membership once I use all my credits & gift cards. I am giving this business only 3 stars, because the restrooms are nasty. The smell is horrendous, like going to a porta potty. If a business has a lot of traffic, they must have professional services that come every night to clean not only the rooms, but also the bathrooms, the whole facility!!! It is really not a one time situation. I come twice a week and so does my daughter. Several times when I have used the restrooms, the floors had drops of urine. It is

My skin is FABULOUS thank Athena! My friend how's here and she has had a couple of PRETTY good masseuses.... Think there names were ... Chelsea....Then NICOLE ....and now LATISHA . Or LATASHA .... something to that effect! She's as awesome as they come ! ....The water is good ...most days! I'm a sucker for bowls of candy and peppermint.... The rooms have a nice ambiance....good smell ...easy to fall asleep. Can't speak on the facials themselves but my friend always feels REJUVENATED when we leave and always praises LATESHA's?? 🤔 Lol work. I don't know the competition....or the pricings exactly....maybe on the HIGH side but seems worth it.... She still goes soooo 🤷‍♂️. I think maybe if the people who done her facials were trash ....she would definitely stop going.

This place is amazing! I've been coming here about a year now and I tried out all of the massage therapists, they are all wonderful; especially Betzy and Laura. Also the facial is super relaxing and have helped signs of aging and my acne, definitely recommend Sharon and Ashton. Front desk is always helpful and kind. The manager is super sweet and understanding!

I have been regularly seeing Ashton for massage therapy and he truly does the best work. He will chit chat if you begin a conversation, but will also respect if you just want to close your eyes and relax. He has strong hands/strength, but will gladly adjust the pressure if you prefer lighter. His availability is usually good too. He's hard working and always respectable. Never inappropriate in any way- which is more than I can say about other places I've been, unfortunately. I always tip well, but felt compelled to also leave a review tonight. He really is great and I highly recommend him.
