I have visited this location several times and have had a good experience overall. However, Victoria did a WONDERFUL job on my hot stone massage. Definitely will be back!
Ebony was my masseuse She worked magic! Have a pinched nerve in my shoulder it finally went away! Wasn’t prepared for the sales pitchiness of the facial. Caused the stress I need for the massage. Best Christmas present ever!
Just moved to Lexington and got a much needed massage. The check in and front desk assistant was extremely pleasant. Massage therapist Stephanie has magic in her hands. I will 100% be back
I've been to a handful of hand and stone locations and this one is by far my favorite. The massage therapists don't pressure you into upgrades, they know how their system works, and it's easy to schedule. Front desk staff is always polite and have excellent customer service.
I personally didn’t enjoy my massage at all! The therapist was crunchy on peppermints while massage… the hot stones wasn’t heating properly but that wasn’t his fault. I got a 1hr 30min deep tissue and the massage I received was definitely not deep tissue. I left feeling like I hadn’t gotten worked on at all. A lot of wasted time. Therapist was kinda scattered brain. I can’t say I would return. Just over all not the best experience. Receptionist was extremely nice
