Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’ve debated posting this, as I know it is my word against the stores. However, I think the circumstances make it really important I share this to protect all women who may go here and encounter similar situations. I have been to Hand and Stone a few times now with no issues. Most recently, February 19th, I went and had a male I had before. During this visit, he took his phone from his pocket at minimum of 5 times and stopped the massage, leaving on hand on my bare back or legs, to do whatever he was doing on his phone. Additionally the last 5 minutes of the massage he had one hand under the table messing with something. I’m not sure I’m going to say his name as of yet, because I really don’t understand the WHY to what occurred. He could’ve been having a bad day personally, however in the

Today was my first visit to Hand and Stone with Eric. The massage was incredible and the front desk girls were very sweet and informative. I’ll definitely be back. Also ladies if you’re hesitant about a male masseuse, do not worry about Eric at all. He was completely professional, kind, and did an awesome job.

Aubrey hands down is the absolute BEST! I signed up for deep tissue and hot stone (was nervous since it was my first time) but when I say she made me feel like a brand new person I genuinely mean it!! When you book, definitely choose Aubrey. Super nice and exceeding all of my expectations with FLYING COLORS. Definitely going back and choosing Aubrey for every massage from here on out!

I’m writing this in the parking lot because my massage was amazing!! I booked with Tom! He is so amazing. I had a lot of shoulder pain, like to the point where it hurt to lift my arm over my head due to work. And he was able to work out all of the pain! It was a little painful but that’s how you know it’s working. I swear his hands are magical. This was the best massage I’ve had in years and I try and go once a month so that should say a lot! I’m devasted that I’m moving and I just found him😭 book with TOM he’s the best!!

Amazing massage with Grace! She targeted the areas I needed addressed with the perfect pressure and firmness. Best massage I’ve ever had and really helped with the muscle tension and tightness. I definitely will be back. Thank you!
