Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’m very disappointed in this location. I’ve had a membership with Hand and Stone for years and since Murphy is the closest location to me, that’s where I mostly went for massages and facials. After multiple bad experiences, one of which involved the steamer malfunctioning during a facial and leaving me with second-degree burns on my chest, I decided to cancel my membership. Since I still had credits, I transferred one to a family member. AFTER the service was completed they then informed me that I could not use the credit and was changed the full price of $129! It would have been nice to know before the appointment that the credit could no longer be transferred. I would not recommend the Murphy location.

She was extremely helping me climb onto the table, tend to my comfort zones during my massage, helping me re-dress & climb down from the table safely, and walk to the front to wait on my daughter. A VERY pleasant experience for an 80 yr.old! Felt great afterwards. Thank you!!

I've been coming to Hand & Stone for several years and Tayler is my favorite therapist. She does great massages at the perfect pressure that I enjoy. She's very professional, super friendly, but book an appointment with some of the other therapists so her schedule won't be too full for me to fit in. 😅

Desiree is absolutely amazing!! I hope she is compensated accordingly. I have been coming to you guys since you opened, and the turnover rate is very high. I have had probably eight favorite masseuses that have left. Desiree has been a constant. To be completely frank, if she left, I would cancel my membership.

Rene was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. My skin has never looked or felt better glowing, refreshed, and deeply hydrated. The products used were gentle yet effective, and the atmosphere was relaxing from start to finish.
