Juliana was amazing! Love love my facial! I wanted to have a self care day before my labor and delivery in a few weeks! I’m so so grateful to have booked with Juliana. She was sweet and very thorough and made sure I felt and positioned comfortably especially with my pregnant belly. Will definitely book her again!! 💙

Im going to give the lady 2 stars because my body actually felt slightly better from the massage. But she spent 90% of the time on my back and my mental health. Now mind you. My loving husband bought me a gift certificate as a sweet gesture on valentines day. I however did not get the chance to use it because I got severely ill from pregnancy for several months following...months later im excited to actually utilize the gift certificate because my body is hurting from growing pains of pregnancy and all the joys of motherhood. Now imagine after months of pain, nausea, starving and the normal stressor of parenthood. You'd be excited to treat your self and get a nice relaxing treatment to yourself right? Grace did a fantastic job!! I booked a last minute appointment due to sudden pain on my lower back. Today was my first experience here at hand and stone and I had the pleasure of Grace taking care of me. She was very knowledgeable about the muscles where I felt my pain. She suggested a few things I could do to help with stretching and relieve pain while sleeping. She even went above and beyond and did a few stretches to relieve some of the pain for me . Her pressure level was fantastic. 20/10 service. I find it hard to find someone with the right amount of pressure. I will most definitely be returning back with her during my next session. Thank you Grace. On another note the spa is clean and smells amazing, I enjoyed their coconut water. Overall a very great experience from the staff.

Daniella at Hand & Stone is absolutely fantastic! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and has the best technique of any massage therapist I’ve experienced. She nails the pressure every time—firm where I need it for those deep knots, but never too much—and really listens to what my body needs. After years in a high-stress sales job, I’ve built up more tension than I realized. But walking out after a session with Daniella, I feel like she’s melted away 10+ years of accumulated stress. I’m relaxed, rejuvenated, and moving better than I have in ages. If you’re looking for a truly transformative massage, request Daniella—you won’t be disappointed! I received a survey via email however, it really doesn't allow me to input my own views; I will place them here; I also reached out via text with the information below, however I didn’t receive an acknowledgement of receipt: 1. The studio is VERY WELL KEPT and the receptionists are helpful and pleasant. 2. Hand and Stone is the first studio I’ve had a facial and didn’t break out afterwards. The esthetician was AWESOME!! 3. I can’t say I’ve had the experience of a massage therapy studio that charges you extra for the customer's choice of pressure. It felt like a grift 4. I've never experienced a session where I don't receive a front and back massage (it was a 1.5 hr session) 5.
