Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at hand and stone, and I can’t say enough good things about Rebecca and Simone. Rebecca great massage. She was so attentive, intuitive, and made me feel completely relaxed. And Simone at the front desk was a delight! She was so warm, welcoming, and efficient. I’ll definitely be back, and I can’t recommend them both enough!

Yesterday was my first time to try a Hand & Stone massage. You know all those little things other places miss. Hand & Stone gets it right. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell the vibe is what you have been looking for. The staff, on the phone and in person know the importance of customer service and excel at it. There is no pressure to add this or that but are quick to answer an questions. Regarding any massage, communication is key. My massage therapist Camille, asked questions to understand what I was looking for and she followed it exactly. My only complaint is that I didn't sign up for the 90 min, but that's on me. Worst place I have been to and I have been going to spas for 15+ years regularly for massages and facials. I arrived 10 mins prior to my 50 min massage appt which was at 10:30 am and filled out all the forms in time. I had also opted for an aromatherapy add on. The masseuse did not come get me until 10 mins after the appt time and then spent another 5 mins asking about my concerns. I didn’t mention the time to her assuming she knows they are running late and will adjust the time and make sure I get my full 50 mins. So the massage did not start until after 10:45 am after changing and settling in. The masseuse completely forgot bout the aromatherapy, and ended the massage at 11:20 am so my 50 mins massage was basically barely a 30 mins massage. I voiced my concerns to the ladies at the front

Tamber and Lauren at the front desk were super kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Jeff did my massage and was very knowledgeable and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Overall just a really good, relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend.

horrible experience. I put a gift card online to cover the cost for my appointment, but apparently it "didn't go through" so i paid with my personal. Not a big deal... i figured I'd get it back once we figured out the gift card situation. So I put in a request to speak to a manager... nothing... did multiple call backs... nothing... left feedback... nothing... I've called 4+ times, left multiple complaints and requested a call back with a manager who is never in-store and still haven't gotten a call back. Everything about my service was perfect but this. A simple fix but yet management is just too busy
