Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Rasni did my facial today and I am in love with my results and her! To be honest, I never really enjoyed the facials because sometimes it seemed the employees had different ways or they wouldn’t really give suggestions or explain things. Even though, I did cancel my membership I will be going back to this location to get facials done by her. She was great at explaining things; helped me create a routine of what we can do going forward which is what I needed. Not to mention, the relaxation and confidence I felt afterwards . I feel like you should have a thousand of Rasnis in all locations. My skin looks amazing!! This location was very nice and the front desk girls were very kind and sweet. I have found my new spot

I was gifted a massage or facial. I used the facial. It was so relaxing. I liked the products they used. So I purchased a few. I've noticed a big difference & have received compliments on my skin. So they suckered me into a membership. I came in this evening for a massage. Robert was my amazing masseuse. His hands were soft like butter. I appreciated he noticed my varicose veins before I even said anything. The massage was amazing. He was so gentle with ankles. And I just overall enjoyed myself. It was very relaxing. I will continue to come back. Thank you guys. Also overall the staff has always been sweet to me, and very polite.

I had a great first experience here. Called the morning of and they were able to schedule me an appointment within the hour. The receptionist was cool and I had a great facial. I don’t usually talk during my appointments, but the lady had some great information for me regarding my skin care routine. She didn’t pressure me into buying any of the products used during the session, which I appreciated. I did wind up singing up for the monthly membership for now as a treat to myself. I will be back!

They wouldn’t honor the grace period of me cancelling my membership not even by a single day. If you’re looking for real value and professional service, skip these big franchise chains. There are local places that genuinely care about their clients and respect your time and money.
