I've been a member for years now, and I have to say that Kristin, Haylee, and Zoey are amazing estheticians. I feel so completely relaxed when they perform my facials, and my skin is absolutely glowing with them. I had to go with someone different this week because none of them had appointments at the time I wanted it, and I have social events this weekend. Long story short I had a woman with first initial R, who had a vendetta against my face for some reason. She massaged my face like she was massaging a WWWF contender's back. She saw that I was in pain, and said is something wrong? I said your pressing too firm and she went on to tell me that I must just be real sensitive. I use Helen and she always gives me the best message, works on knots in muscles but doesn't have me screaming in pain. At 75 you don't want a hard pressure message. I have a membership the best way to go. Can't wait for next month's massage. Thank you Helen.

I had Lisa for my massage and she was amazing! She knows exactly how to work out every knot on your body. I definitely recommend her!!!

I forgot the lady’s name but she was very good. She communicated well and hit all the points that I needed today . I paid for extras time and she made sure I got my moneys worth. Always good service here . I’ll be back soon

I cancelled my membership here back in August because I was inappropriately touched by several massage therapists here at this location. When I addressed this concern more than once to Lauren, the assistant manager, she refused to address my concerns because one of the massage therapists is one of her best friends. She continues to bad mouth former clients, particularly to a client, Dee Wenk, who made a false review here stating I cancelled my membership because I wanted to be “babied”. Being inappropriately touched and having your space violated is a serious issue. It had nothing to do with being babied. It had to do with taking accountability. Anyone who is inappropriately touched in an area that the client doesn’t consent to by a massage therapist is a VIOLATION. Just be warned the unpr
