THE WORST NAIL SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I got my nails done, 2 days later the nail polish is already coming off. Very disappointing. Instead of running online to badly review them, I decided to call them and give them the benefit of the doubt. Giving them a chance to correct their mistakes, as we are all human beings. I called and they said they could correct it, of no charge. I go there and they’re behaving as if they never knew I called. Then they said they are going to charge me for this inconvenience as “when you get acrylic nails, that’s how the nails turn out.” I knew if I didn’t get gel nails, that would’ve been their excuse but saying that acrylic nails turns out like that, I knew these people do not know about acrylic services. I never leave reviews, but for this salon I had to! I only left a four star review because I believe one and five stars are outliers, but I would have left a 0 ⭐️ review if I could. The management is the most incompetent group of people I ever encountered. I wish the problems ended there, but they didn’t, the nail techs that’s work there might be visually impaired. They couldn’t paint “inside the lines” and the nails chipped and cracked days after. I would suggest this nail salon if you are someone who loves to come in with high expectations and leave highly disappointed!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! DO NOT GO HERE! A friend sent me one of their E Gift cards for my birthday. So, I went and received one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. The place felt so unsanitary, the pedicure I chose mentioned a massage but that was non-existent and then he got nail polish all over my toes. To top it off, they wouldn’t accept my E-Gift Card because they said it needed to be printed. They said their printer was broken, they couldn’t write down anything from the photo I had, I offered to email it to them, but they just refused to take it. No where on the email did it say I needed to print it. Normally I’d use them not accepting the gift card as an excuse to go get another pedicure, but the pedicure wasn’t worth $60 at all, so I just really didn’t want

Kelly is the BEST! I’ve been coming here for a year now and I have NO complaints! She is very personable and professional and I love our interactions. Recently I gave her a challenge and she accepted with no hesitation! She designed my nails with UNO themed for my son’s birthday and I could not be happier!

Had a meticulous acrylic fill with gel polish! Felt nice to have the time taken to remove cuticles, trim down, smooth, and file my nails. Nowadays everyone rushes and doesn’t do the best job. I felt like I actually had a good manicure! Good price too. I’ll be back for another!
