Hannah's Nails

I've gone here twice now asking for a fill and nail art. They are phenomenal. I didn't get the lady's name but she matches whatever picture I show her for my nail art. So good!! I walk out with a huge smile on my face each time. Their prices are lower than most.

This was my first and last time going to Hannah’s. I presented her with a picture of what I wanted, I feel like if she couldn’t execute it, she should have let me know. My nails were big, thick and bulky. The design was off from the picture very very ugly. The service I got for my toes was just a polish and it was shellac to my surprise I get home take my bath once I’m out of the tub. I see that the nail polish is buckled on 1 foot and on the other, some of it came off. I didn’t want to say anything at the time because I was upset, So I paid her and didn’t say anything, but once I got home and my daughters pointed out the imperfections and laughed at how outrageous they looked my husband Told me to go back and ask for at least half my money back. I did that she refuse to give me half back.

Today, I went to Hannah’s (I’ve been there a number of times) for a refill. As other customers were checking out, I noticed ever single one of them (5 in total) received a Christmas gift in a box from Hannah. However, when I checked out, I didn’t receive anything. Unfortunately, they picked and chose who to give the gift to even though I paid for my service also and left a tip. This is very disappointing, not the fact that I wasn’t given the gift but what really matters is the principle of it. Hannah sat there and didn’t intervene or say anything. Needless to say, I will not return nor my family.

I was upset about these so bad! They are wide, bulky, rushed and very unsatisfactory! Tony did my nails and my fingers are Not that big! They were so thick! The shapes on each hand/finger were literally doing their own thing!!! Hannah RUSHED on my feet! My big toenail looks HUGE! When I’m spending $ just like everyone else, Don’t rush because you’re trying to make more money! However, the did well with my daughter.

I decided to give Hannah's a 2nd chance today well it won't happen again. I told him 1st I didn't want them round. Well there round and the color is so ugly but that's my fault but they rush you so much to pick a color and then you can see thru the polish on my nails and on some the tips don't even look painted also I paint and he never even tried to get the paint from under my nails. I've never left a place where my nails looked this horrible
