I have a 5 point system for reviews: 1. Cleanliness 2. Friendliness 3. Pricing 4. Service 5. Experience Hanover nails and spa gets 3 stars from me because the pricing and experience were not to my liking. The salon is clean, the massage chairs are comfortable, and the staff is very kind. Unfortunately I will not refer this shop for someone in dire need of a good foot scrub. My husband and I went to this nail salon to get pedicures. He got the deluxe, I got the standard. Both were subpar and we both left unsatisfied with the rough spots on his feet and the lack of focus on massaging my requested pressure points. For an every 2 week nail trip, I recommend this type of salon but for those that go every 2-3 months, find a place that will get in dem feet and make you close your eyes.

If your going schedule with Dani because she does good and can do designs as well. She's always booked so I do not recommend walking in.

Ashley was amazing! She spent so much time making sure my nails were perfectly smoothed, shaped and not “too thick” I will be visiting her regularly for dip nails now!! They are also reasonably priced! I’ve been overpaying for bad quality at other salons.

UPDATE 11/18/22: go see Audra or Ashley ! When they first opened , my husband got me a large gift certificate there but because of the reviews shortly following their opening I was hesitant. I decided to give them a try two weeks ago and I’m glad I did! I walked in right as they opened on a Saturday morning and BeBe kindly squeezed me in. Though , the process was quick almost felt rushed I could understand since her first appt was in 5 minutes. Thankfully the removal of my tipped dip nails came off smoothly. BeBe was able to complete the removal , clean up and gel process in no time . The outcome was great . Not messy , it looked sharp. I am pleased . I have booked 3 manicures and 3 pedicures for this weekend so we shall see how everything goes a second time around. Give them a shot ! UP

Went to get a full set with gel polish this morning. Walked in and the place was empty which should have been the first red flag. They seated me and then I sat there for at least 5 minutes mind you there’s literally not another customer in this place . One guy finally comes over and I told him I wanted a full set with French tips . He basically told me French tips wouldn’t work with the acrylics so I should do full color . The actual person who did my nails comes over and I’m like I wanted French tips and he’s like yeah that’s fine . Customers starting pouring in and you could tell they started rushing . The guy was super nice but these nails are unacceptable and these are the thickest French tips I’ve seen. Not to mention the gel polish that is all over my fingers , and the tips not being
