Unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary attitude. I had a scheduled appointment and called ahead to say I’d be a bit late. I adjusted my time once to accommodate — then they tried to push it again last-minute. When I told them I couldn’t, they told me to still come at the first revised time. I arrived exactly at the time they confirmed — and was met with attitude, raised voices, and blame for their scheduling issues, including a stylist being “too tired.” Somehow my clear communication and flexibility turned into them treating me as if I had caused their staffing problem. This is my first time braiding my hair after years and they ATEEEEEE. I recently visited HAHB and I must say it's an incredible experience. I opted for knotless box braids and I couldn't be happier with the results. I love the way they respected my decision, helped me choose a style that suited me best. Loved the customer service. My braids are neat and I got what I asked for. It only took 4 1/2 hours for medium knotless and I will be returning *4weeks later* Still very happy with my braids. I didn’t expect to keep them this long, I don’t like when knotless grow out because the new growth looks so much more unruly then traditional individuals, the root is still very much intact, the ends aren’t nasty looking, I stopped tying my hair up about a week now, I was able to wash and deep conditioning without any coming loose, I’m going to hold on a week, maybe two (stretching it for real) then take them out and head back.

Got my hair braided here and I am very happy with the results. There was a wait, but that’s to be expected (especially on a Saturday and during graduation season). The place is comfortable and clean and they even offer snacks and drinks during the wait. There are a lot of braiders and the lady who did my hair was fast but still very thorough, braids came out just like the picture I showed. Will be returning!
