Charged $45 for gel nail polish on natural nails. Application was crap. They started chipping in less than 1 week. Painted crooked and lumpy. Also did not paint back to the cuticle - they looked grown out. Came back to have the 2 chipped nails fixed, she painted them different than the others and she was the same tech... To think I tipped $10... I regret it. Will not go back!

me and 3 of my friends went for one of my friends birthday but 2 weeks prior to going we called in and asked if they could get 4 of us in on that exact day and they said yes but when we got there, there was only 1 person working the whole time and 2 others but not doing anything. We all js got acrilics nothing crazy but it took 3 hours!!!! 3 hours for the 4 of us because only 1 girl was doing it. And mine are so bad I got French tips and you can see the glue because it’s like clear and the shape is so bad their crooked and look like flippers 😭 going to get them redone somewhere else

I like the prices and what they offer, but my pedicure was a bit rougher than I expected. This place isn't as sanitary as I am used to, my pedicurist put her tools right back into their box without any kind of sanitizing. I'm not coming back. My feet do feel great now though.

first of all when we walked in there was only one person working and 4 of us. we were in there for 3 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES. now to the actual nails, my nails look like paper with paint on them. the shape is like an egg with a point because it is smaller at my cuticle and then it rounds to a circle then goes even longer for a point. they look like penguins. they are all different lengths and sizes. and the fact it took that long to be that bad is crazy. my friends mom also called in 2 WEEKS prior to see if they could fit all 4 of us and they said yes. don’t go here

Wonderful services! I've been going to this salon for over a year for multiple different things. My gel nails have never chipped, have always been beautiful and have lasted me quite a while. I was never made to feel rushed either when I asked for complicated designs. I feel like they go above and beyond with the pedi services. Offering the hot wax plus different scrubs, and I was surprised when they added a massage in for my lower leg as well. Very soothing experience! I feel like they actually cared about whether I felt relaxed or not. I've also had the eyelash services which come at an EXCELLENT price. It was in a separate room without anyone walking through which I absolutely love. The full set took me about 45 min and they actually let me take a nap while I was waiting for them to dry!
