Happy Feet Nails & Spa Scottsdale

I came in after seven of my nails had painfully lifted and fallen off within two weeks of my last visit. I explained the issue to the manager and told her I wanted a new set. She confirmed that the nail tech would take care of it. However, instead of replacing the set, the tech began filing down the old, glued-on nails and applying polish over them. I reminded her that I wanted a new set and even showed how easily one of the nails was lifting, but she ignored both me and the manager’s earlier instructions. The result was thick, uneven nails with visible glue and polish buildup, especially on my thumb. Afterward, I called to express my concern and disappointment. Since the salon has changed owners , it’s not the same. Too relaxed and not as personable or PROFESSIONAL. I miss the technicians that left. Also , I’ve booked an appointment twice and both times have had to wait. They juggle clients now , used to be on time. Any recommendations for nails near cave creek?

They are horrible and only care about tips. The lady who is in charge is mean and rude! The new owner should have a classy person running the front. I will never go back! I found the best place "0Glamor Nails" CaveCreek Road. Great prices they take their time do a fabulous job...asked for Quincy does a fabulous job...

I am so happy with my set! I normally don’t get acrylic, but for an event I decided to go with a natural longer length look. Jennie took care of me and my nails. they look perfect!

Not Happy. Another price increase ! $40 for basic pedicure !! No hot stone. New owner. Will not go back for my every three week pedi. Finding a new place.
